Returns 

We hope you are delighted with your order from Bodie and the Nomad. Should you wish to return any unsuitable items please follow the below steps:

1- Please return within 14 days of receipt.

2- If outside the EU SIGN AND ENCLOSE THE PRO-FORMA INVOICE.

3- Package your items securely. Please leave your parcel open until the DHL driver has checked the contents.

4- To book a return with DHL online: Have your DHL return slip to hand and visit www.dhl.com. Select your location from the drop down within the Worldwide selection on the menu at the right side of the page. This will take you to your local DHL webpage.

Select the Express option (menu on the right side of the page), select  ‘Book a courier’ and then ‘EReturn shipment’.

In the blank text box type the Waybill number, which can be found under the barcode on your returns slip, and select ‘Schedule Pickup’.

All info is pre-entered automatically. Please select a pickup date and timing, allowing at least a two hour slot between 10am -5pm. Select ‘Schedule Pickup’.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any return shipping charges, taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note we refuse the right to issue a refund if the goods are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.  We cannot be held responsible for any items that get lost in the post so ensure you obtain proof of postage.

Exchanges:

Please email us if you would like to exchange an item, with what you would like to exchange it for at info@bodieandthenomad.com.

Original postage and returns postage costs are non refundable.

Faulty items

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we endeavour to check all our parcels when they leave but should you receive a faulty item please accept our sincere apologies.  Contact us within 7 days at info@bodieandthenomad.com and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation.
